Our History & Vision

Beachology was founded in 2023 by Natalie and Anthony who share a love and passion for beach life, travel, lifestyle, sport, adventure and all things associated with positive health & wellbeing.  


Our vision was to provide a destination where you could picture yourself strolling along a sandy beach with the gentle sound of waves lapping at the shore in the background. 


Our aim was to produce a website,  online boutique and bricks and mortar store that captured the essence of beach living, offering a virtual sanctuary where you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with nature's soothing rhythms. We were delighted to open our first flagship store at 7 Southcliffe Road in Bridlington in April 2025 and look forward to providing you with a warm 'Beachology' welcome if and when you can visit.


We believe in the power of the beach, sea and outdoor lifestyle in enabling and promoting holistic well-being. Our photos, videos, fitness tips, travel information, blogs and beach gifts are all individually curated content, that is tailored to beachgoers and those seeking adventure or a different way of life.

Our Values

We started with the simple premise of wanting to do something fun that resonated with people who love the beach, love the sea and love everything associated with a beach lifestyle.


We wanted to create a space where we could share common values and aspects we believe are associated with a beach lifestyle. 


1) Relaxation - Beach living often emphasises a laid back and stress free approach to life. People enjoy spending time by the water, listening to the sound of waves and soaking up the sun.


2) Outdoor Activities - The beach lifestyle encourages outdoor activities such as swimming, surfing, paddleboarding, beach volleyball, snorkeling or walks along the shore.


3) Connection to Nature - Beach dwellers typically have a strong appreciation for the natural environment.


4) Healthy Living - Many beach enthusiasts value an active and healthy lifestyle.


5) Community - Beach communities often have a strong camaraderie and connectedness.


6) Creativity and Inspiration - The beach environment can be a source of inspiration to artists, writers and creative individuals.


7) Simplicity - The beach lifestyle values simplicity and a focus on the present moment and often embrace a more minimalistic approach to life.


8) Sun, Sand and Sea - The three S's of beach living are central to the beach lifestyle.


Beach lifestyle is about embracing a sense of freedom, joy and connection to the natural world, while prioritising relaxation, health and community. This fundamental principle is what Beachology stands for and we really hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Beachology Opens Boutique in Bridlington

We are delighted to let you know that we have opened our very first boutique shop in Bridlington, East Yorkshire.


The doors opened on the 3rd April and we have been blown away by all the warm wishes and support that we have received by new and existing customers.
